I had an ovarian tumor and three surgeries and have had lots of medical problems within the last year which has caused severe financial difficulties. We do not qualify for WIC, I have to formula-feed for medical reasons, and I don't have family to help me.

Money is extremely tight right now, I am giving birth to a baby boy in 9 weeks, and we can use all the help we can get. We don't have anything for our baby. P.S. I have joined freecycle.org and but haven't received any responses yet. I also tried craigslist.org but there are not any free items in my area (just lots of wanted).

Have you tried placing an ad on craigslist in the Wanted section yourself? I have placed ads on there and received responses for items that I needed (My hubby has been out of work for months and we have a lot of medical debt too). I was able to get a car for $400 from an ad I placed on there. Someone had just bought a new car and wasn't sure what they wanted to do with their old one and they came across my ad. Someone might have clothes, cribs, etc in storage and might be willing to part with them.
