Default I have a breast lump since a few months.now iam planning to conceive.can i do

breast feed after the baby borns For the breast lump i was consulted a doctor and gone through the tests like ULTRASOUND,MAMMOGRAM,FNA.they reported that it was a small fibriod like and not any other cancer.i never feel any pain unless my periods time mildly.they suggested its nothing harm and go through a check for once month in a while.and said to remove the fibriod if the pain is so unberable.
Is there any risk in my preagnancy time?can i do the breast feed to the baby?

I would think it should be ok as long as there was no infection...check w/ a doc to be certain
