Before I try again this time, is there anything I need to know. The first time I was in shock when my boobs turned to giant painful melons, and had to buy nursing pads and a new bra- had no idea. I also had a manual pump that didn't seem to do anything at all. So, assuming it works out this time around...

does the average person get any special bottles- liners- do people really use manual pumps?

can you feed the baby and do other things (that require moving around)?

Can you eat whatever foods, wine, over the counter meds?

anything else I need to know?
