You can breastfed with pierced nipples, so I don't see why this would be any different. Also with breast surgery they generally say it takes 18 months for the milk ducts to heal so you should be in the clear.
And aside from all that you can nurse with only one breast, women have breastfed after having one breast removed, there are also women born without milk glads in one breast. And of course women have successfully nursed twins and triplets.

There is no evidence that nipple piercing (or other body piercing) affects breastfeeding. Some professional piercers recommend against getting a new nipple piercing while breastfeeding.
