I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant. I have saline breast implants that were put in about 5 years ago. I remember the surgeon telling me it was ok to breastfeed with implants. I wanted to check with all of you to get your input. Anyone out there with implants who had success breastfeeding?

Yes you can breastfeed with implants, even silicone.

I don't have implants but my sister does. She successfully breastfeed her daughter who is now 2 years old. She got her implants back in 2001.

I say go for it, you shouldn't experience any more difficulties than those of what individuals without implants experience.
