How can I boost my metabolism, after breast feeding, and quitting smoking?
I have been working out, cardio, 30 min 4X a week, and weight training 4X a week, for about 2 months. I have cut my cal to between 1300-1500 per day, with a couple cheats ( sons b-day) at first I lost 2 lbs, then I gained it back. My butt is changing shape, but I have not gotten smaller anywhere. Help, I'm the biggest I have ever been, and now I quit smoking too.
I really want to live a fitter life, and it is making me soooo mad That I can't loose. My baby is 1 now and I only weigh 2 Lbs. less than when I delivered.
