So as it turns out I am about 5 weeks pregnant.
I want this baby more than anything.
All I've ever wanted in life was a family.
Now, me and my bf have a good apartment (with a half bedroom...wich is good for a baby room) We've been together almost 9 months now. And everything is perfect Except....
He wants to wait a year or so before having a baby and sugests I get an abortion, and I want to keep the baby. He'll never leave me. and I don't want to lose him, I just don't know what to do.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Well, for one, it'll be another 8 months before you even give birth to your baby, so I wonder what difference does another year make to your boyfriend? Are finances an issue to him? Is he not ready to be a father yet? Do you see marriage in your future with him? I don't judge other people, but my personal opinion about abortion is that it's horrible. I am almost 4 months pregnant with my first child and couldn't imagine not ever being able to meet this little person growing inside of me...though my relationship situation is different from yours. He should also consider the emotional trauma an abortion may cause you especially since you want the baby, not to mention the strain it inevitably could put on your relationship should you choose that route.

Do what your heart is telling you! And by the sound of your post, you know what you want! If 1 year is all that is keeping him from wanting it, then now shouldnt matter! Abortion is irreversable!
