Hi,
I have this dilemma about choosing a doc near work or home. I leave around 45-50 mins from my work place. THe traffic is usually really bad on the freeway.
If I have to go for checkups now and then for pregnancy its best if a doc is nearby my work I can sneakout for a bit without taking an official leave. But on the other hand, when I gte my labor pain I will have to drive 45-50 mins in trafffic to reach the hospital.
This is my first pregnancy we are inexperienced and would like some advice on that.

Do you feel more comfortable with one doc or the other? Or are you indifferent?

I'm lucky because both the hospital and my doctors office are about a five minute drive away. I'm more worried about getting to the hospital on time than I am the doctors visits. LOL I was in labor for 11 hours with my oldest and only three with my youngest. I got to the hospital at exactly 6am and he was born at 6:25am. They say the baby comes faster with each labor so I'm a bit worried. You shouldn't have to worry about that too much since it's your first pregnancy but I personally would rather live closer to the hospital.
