Talking It's Positive!!!!!!

Just yesterday my fiance and I found out that I am 4 weeks pregnant! We're so happy and excited! But does anyone have any tips about fatigue? It seems like I can hardly do anything anymore!

I noticed that taking a short nap really helps.

Yeah, besides napping and taking breaks during activities, you'll just have to muddle through it until it passes. LOL...at least I hope it passes soon. I'm about to move into my second trimester, and I still get very fatigued.

Oh, and congrats!

Congrats to you! The fatigue I've found is just something I have to push through especially since I work an 8-5 job, no naps for me! its especially bad after lunch time There isnt much ive found that helps except going to bed early, but even that doesnt help most of the time!

Congratulations on your positive! I don't know about fatigue, I'd say just try to rest as often as you can. It helps to take a nap during the day if you have time. Eat lots of fruit!! They help.

congrats! Try the preggie pops, they are lolipops and they work great for nausea. Motherhood sells them. As far as fatigue, try to get as much rest as possible, eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids. Not too much you can do to beat that.
