Hi, everyone, I'm so excited! After the disappointment of two blighted ovums, I finally have a baby and a little heart beat. Just letting everyone thats had blighted ovums, I know your pain, and with prayers and time, there is always a chance of a good out come.

Congratulations thats so lovely and sorry for your losses.I have a feeling i maybe experiencing one myself,this is my first pregnancy and since my cycles have been irregular after the pill they sent me for a scan at just 5 weeks and they said they could see the gestational sac and the yolk sac but no fetal pole is visible as yet,may i ask was this what happened to yourself?I understand if you may not want to discuss it too thanks and congrats again!!

Hey 1PJ I hope you have a good outcome. I didn't even have a fetal pole just a empty sac. I had some pregnancy symptoms with the first one. Just a little nausea and sore breast. I remember having a faint positive pregnancy test which they say can be a sign. I didn't even know tell my 10 week check up. The second one I had just sore breast, no other symptoms and miscarried at 7 weeks. I remember having terrible anxiety right before the miscarriages. I Would stress out about little things. This pregnancy I don't have that at all. My doctors wouldn't even do a songram this time til 7 weeks. So 5 weeks may be alittle early to see everything.
