I haven't posted on here too much. I have tried to keep up but i just don't have alot of time.
So I had my baby girl on June 27th at 1:20 pm. She was 2 weeks early and weighed 5 lbs and 14 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long.
here is a pic of her.
It all started on June 27th at 430 am. I woke up wet. didn't think anything of it so I cleaned myself up and tried to go back to sleep. And bam it happened again. So I called my mom and she said it was probaly my water and to call the birthing center where I was going to have her at. So i did and they said to come in and they could test the fluid. So DH, myself and my son went there. They tested it and sure enough I was having baby that day. So while they were getting me ready to get in my room. Dh took my son to the babysitters and got all my bags and stuff. Good thing I had them ready! So I got up in my room about 730 am. So my nurse walked me to my room. She was an awesome nurse. She was there the time i got in the room until after I had my baby. It was the best experience in a birthing center. So the dr comes in about 800am. He just asked some general questions like if I wanted an EPI and I said no I'm doing this natural. I didn't have any contractions so he wanted to start pitocin, I asked to wait til my mom got there. She lives 2 hours away so I called her at 7 and she was on her way. Well she got there about 9 am. So at 930 they started the pitocin. When I was admitted I was 4 cm and 60% efaced. The contractions didn't really get painful until about 1130am. They checked me again then and I was at 6 cm and 100% efaced. So I feel like I have to go pee so I get up and go and got real dizzy. had to get help back into the bed, still not sure why that happened. So as the contractions get worse and worse. I breathe through all the contractions. I got checked again about 1245pm. I was at 8 cm and I worked through a couple more and finally checked again and I was at 10cm. Woo hooo lets get the party started. I pushed her out in 3 pushes. She was born at 120pm. I tore a little bit but nothing serious. I have to say she was pretty easy to deliver. I had an awesome nurse and doctor. So thats my story!
