I love the idea of either a trimester or a "birth month" club--
I joined one while I was preggers with my first and it was great to be surrounded by other moms who were all getting their ultrasounds, having crazy symptoms, etc all at the same time! It was so much fun getting to know these women over the nine months and being so happy for them when their bundle finally arrived!

I also think it'd be nice to have a section for each trimester. It'd be nice to be able to ask questions about your pregnancy in a section dedicated to the specific trimester your are in. It'd also be nice to have a place to chat with others who are going through the same things as you.
I really value the information and people I've talked to on this forum so far, but I feel this place is sort of limited. A lot of questions I might have don't fit into any specific category, so they'll end up in general discussion. I think it'd be nice to have trimester specific sections so that the general really could be for "general" stuff.
