Default Nervous?

I had my first baby 8months ago by c-section. I'm now 5-6wks with my second child. I was web-surfing and came across ectopic pregnancy information. Now every dull pain, twitch, ache, anything scares me. I'm so worried about that. And I'm nervous. Anyone been having pain in the groin area that comes and goes? Is that normal?

Dont worry, i know easier said then done right? But you would know for sure if you were having a ectopic. I have heard it hurts alot. As long as your not bleeding or having really bad cramps then dont worry so much.

Have you not been to the doctor yet? If it is something that concerns you, talk to your doctor for sure.
Ectopic pregnancies can actually go months undetected (you may think everything is going fine). Do not wait too late to make sure as it can/will burst your fallopian tube and causing hemorrhaging. I had a friend who had to have part of her fallopian tube removed due to an ectopic pregnancy that had gone too long. Luckily it was caught before the baby outgrew the tube, causing it to burst.

The only possibility is to take an u/s to be sure. Make an appointment at your doc.
God bless you and your baby.

I had an ectopic pregnancy. The pain started off mild then got severe. Someone posted that they go months undetected. Thats not really true, they usually burst by about eight weeks, and you would know if that happened! I have two children and the ectopic bursting hurt worse than any labor, even a 30 hour complicated labor! You should call your doctor and schedule an ultrasound. With my third this time my doc did a five and a half week u/s and could see the baby in the uterus and I got to hear the heart beat! Good luck and let us know how it goes!
