I got off the pill three months ago, because my husband and I are trying to conceive, and I noticed that my periods are shorter than they used to be. For instance, before I started on the pill more than five years ago, I would have moderately heavy periods that would last approximately five days. Then, when I started taking the pill, my periods were still five days, but they were much lighter. Now, my periods are heavier, but they only last about two days. Any thoughts on this? Has anybody else experienced this?
