When and if the doctor becomes concerned, he/she will tell you. I've had six and as we become pregnant more, each pregnancy is different. We don't have the same body or structure as the first time. Our bodies were already "used" and stretched. I'm not being funny, just honest.
I'm pushing 50 and have had six healthy children, and I am thin (size 3 to 5 depending on the clothes maker). I don't think you should be concerned unless your doctor is concerned.
When or if the doctor becomes concerned, try eating more servings of fresh veggies and fruit per day. Another way of keeping down your weight during this time is to make bran muffins from scratch using a bran cereal purchased from the market. High fiber and moving our bowels is excellent while pregnant but even after. Fresh veggies eating raw is the best to stay fit and healthy.
You can and should try to go for a walk each day on purpose, but get your doctors OK first.
In the end, don't worry. Be happy and remember we aren't going to be the same with each new pregnancy, but we can be fit.
Good Luck!
