Pimple on Cervix

I checked my cervix today and felt a little pimple like thing on my cervix! Has anyone else ever felt anything like this before??!! I'm kind of freaking out! I think maybe I should make an appt?? What do you

think?

My suggestion would be if you check it regularly and have never felt it before you should at least call the Dr and ask what it could be. Me? I've never checked my own cervix so I have no idea what would be normal or not!

I'm not sure where you are from....IF you are in CAnanda, there's a 1-800 line for Health Canada! A nurse will talk to you, ask you questions about your problem....and all in all, are REALLY helpful. We've called on several occasions, cuz I wasn't sure if the problems we were having at the time required us to make a trip to the hospital.....IF you are in the States...maybe they will have something similiar...but I don't know....so hopfully you're from Canada! lol

I wouldn't know what my cervix was if it had a road sign on it...I didn't even know you could check your own

I just started checking it within the last month or so and have never felt this pimple thing. It usually feels smooth.

-Yes you can check your cervix and its pretty neat actually! It does weird stuff all month long like raising, lowering, opening, closing, hardening, and softening.

I'm from the US. If it is there tomorrow too I will call my doctor's office and see what they think. Thanks for the advice.

I felt one appear about a month ago, then it was gone. Weird!

looked it up and here's what I found:

Genital lumps women

but also it could be HPV so i would def go to the doctor ...

Thank you for this! I didn't check my cervix yet today but I will later and see if its still there. I wonder how long they last if thats all that they are?...
