Default 5 weeks pregnant bleeding?

i have started spotting i have severe cervicitus (inflamed and blistered cervix)i'm hoping thats all it is.having that checked on thursday and hopfuly a scan too.anyone had this and been ok.
have a 15 month old misscaried in april.
doc said to wait till thursday cause if he book a scan today i would have to wate three days anyway

I spotted when i was 6 weeks and was told that it was normal.everything went ok and had a beautiful daughter.some woman can still have there monthly cycle through a pregnancy as well.
