I think typically between 8-12 weeks you start feeling it. Nausea, frequent urination, breast tenderness, fatigue, etc. The regular stuff. But there are less common things too that you might not even relate to pregnancy like slight cramping or diarrhea.
Personally I started getting the breast tenderness pretty early on. And then came the fatigue. But if I wouldn't have suspected pregnancy in the first place, I probably would have just wrote it off to stress and went on my merry way. I didn't really have the waves of nausea and vomiting or the strange midnight cravings early on like you usually hear about. And thanks to my doctors visits and ultrasounds I know I'm growing a healthy baby.
So don't let a lack of symptoms worry you. And if you don't know for sure if your pregnant or not, or you're just thinking "maybe". Or even if you're trying to conceive, go ahead and make an appointment with your OBGYN. Early prenatal care is the best. And the IDEAL prenatal care..happens pre-pregnancy.
Good luck!
