I'm sorry for your loss!! But this does leave me to question, I was under the impression that you can ovulate even without a period? reason being, We went off the pill knowing we were going to try, and that it would make my period "wacky" so I didn't have one for awhile, and didn't know we were pregnant until I got sick, so doctors are going off of last menstrual but I don't think that's right since I didn't have one due to being off of the pill... does that make sense?
