Today is Monday... i woke up at 2 in the morning last Tuesday with severe left side lower abdominal/pelvic pain. It continued for 24 hrs so I went to the emergency room the next night. I was told I was pregnant. They were concerned about an etopic pregnancy. I had an ultrasound the next morning and they could find nothing.. either in the uterus or anywhere else. they said I was probably too early. Now almost a week later I am bleeding but the pain has subsided. I ahd the pain for about 4 days and as soon as it ended I started to bleed. It is a light to moderate bleeding kind of like a light period and has been going on for two days now. Would it still be possible to be having a healthy pregnancy? I havea doctors appt Wednesday morning and I am hoping they can tell me something I just know that nothing about this has been a normal pregnancy. This is my first and all the signs are looking bad .... Can someone please shed some light on this.. i was told I am about 4 to 5 weeks.

I'm soo sorry, I have no advice, other than maybe you're far enough along for them to have been able to see anything? When is your next ultrasound?

I'm so sorry to hear about you... So far I have know that abdominal cramp is quite common during pregnancy and If your pregnancy is early, its not possible to see thro a U/S..only a positive blood test and urine test can confirm your pregnancy..You never mention about your Last menstrual date..
But I fear your one..coz you mentioned its only in the left side which could possibly be a Ectopic pregnancy..Did you take up blood test?? How was your HCG level?
Dont worry about anything much dear..Stress will make things worse only..TAke good rest ...
