As of today i am 6weeks7days pregnant (or in other words, 7 weeks pregnant). I only found out on saturday that i was pregnant. I had assumed that i had missed my last period because i had just stopped taking the pill. (my last cycle was march 9-14 and that was the end of the pack). I e=went in in early april to have a test because i had been feeling a bit strange and had this werid feeling that i was pregnant. The nurse laughed at me when i told her i "just have this feeling", so, she sent me to the bathroom and i did my part. When i came back to her little room, she said the result was negative, and, i shouldnt listen to my body baisically. A bit confused and upset by the things she had said, i left.
The week of April 20-25, all week i had been feeling tired, sick, had a runny nose, my boobd were driving me crazy, and had really bad cramps, i was thinking, well, i am probably going to get a really bad period this month. Of course, i was susposed to have a period on the 6th to the 9th of april (start date), and i did not get it, again, i thought it was because i was no longer on the pill. I had been hearing from multiple people that i should test once a week until my period came, just incase. I thought it was not a bad idea.

On Saturday morning i woke up with a violent need to go to the bathroom and i figured i might as well take a test while i am in there. So, i did, a man, was i singing and dancing around the bathroom. It even woke up SO i was so loud.


I have not yet gone to the doctor, but hope to squeeze in on monday. After putting in my dates, all the online calculators say i will be due on december 14. But who knows, its not a sure date until i see a Dr. I will keep you guys updated!

Update! last night i arranged to meet with the doctor on monday (today). i woke up at 1am and could not fall asleep, i took some natural Calms sleeping aids (safe for nursing, pregnant and chilldren) didnt help. its 11:25 am now, i have not slept yet. so, i plan on naping alot later... hopefully. TMI: my bladder is killing me because i am holding in my firts pee of the day for the doctor's test. its horrible, but i will live.

I am now about 8 weeks and 2 days. it has been a little over a week now since i found out we're having a baby. But i learned today that SO's mother has known since before even i knew. How? i do not know. we're hoping it will be a girl and we have a name picked out. He name would most likely be Alecia Kate Waldman. But if its a boy, so far we are thinking of Thomas. My first actual appointment is on tuesday and i am very excited.

I am now about 8 weeks and 4 days. I had my first appointment yesterday, they drew some blood, it made me cry like a little kid. not too much exciting stuff happened. mostly talking, paperwork and i signed up for some programs. The doctor decided we might try to find a heart beat, no luck, still too early. we plan on trying again at my next appointment next week on the 15th. Man, that blue goo is like cement! lol.

I am now 14 weeks 1 day. today i spent all day in the ER because what i thought might be something horrible, well, turned out i had simply wet my self in my sleep. Silly me. But oh boy was it embarrassing when the doctor came in after doing all these tests and said, well, looks like you just peed your pants in your sleep. LOL. we also did our first ultrasound today, the baby looked great, we couldnt get any photos though because it was through the ER that they sent us to an ultrasound. Its still too soon to tell if its a boy or a girl. SO an i made a bert i think its a boy, he is convinced its a girl. We will see. The doctor did however say the baby looked a bit small, as if it were maybe only eleven weeks instead of 14, so, when i go in to my doctor for a follow up exam i will discuss it with him. Other than that, all is going well. we recently moved into a small new appartment while we are waiting for a green ligh on our Low-income two bedroom appartment, which happens to be really nice, nicer than this one anyway. well, i will try to keep you updated more frequently. hugs to all!

dont feel bad, I peed myself in my sleep at about 14 weeks with my first!

Yeah, it was very embarrassing to hear that i had actually peed my self. something that i have not done since i was very little. now i plan on sleeping with a pad every night just to be safe

Today I am 16 weeks 4 days alone. Yesterday we were supposed to go to the doctor and find out if we're having a little girl or a little boy. When i went to the ER the US tech said the baby looked 11 weeks instead of 14. So, yesterday the doctor said that he wants to wait a little longer to do an ultrasound. I go in again on the 29th. My hopes are that the baby is a boy, DH wants a little girl. we made a bet, if im right and its a boy, he has to cook and do dishes for a week. And, vice versa.

Another update!

I am almost 21 weeks (will be on sat.) and I am so excited. Tomorrow I finaly get to have my ultrasound. They have been rescheduleing me non stop for my ultrasound. It makes me want to cry and hurt people. if it is rescheduled again, I will kill somebody. JK. Anyways. All has been going well and we are very slowly starting to get baby things. I will update again soon! WITH the gender!

So, heres the big update!!!
Today I went in for my ultrasound and its a little BOY! Actually, the ultrasound tech laughed and said ,"Boy, he sure has one heck of a penis on him!"
Kinda funny, kinda cute. My due date has been changed by the measuremebts of the baby today. Looks like i will actually be due on the 29th of december instead of the 14/13. But thats ok. No names picked yet, but I'm still pushing with DH for Jayden Michael Waldman. But we will see.
