Crackers with peanut butter, dry cereal, saltines, bread, fruit, carrots. I know it seems bad now, but her body will nurish the baby, just make sure she is hydrated and in good time she will feel better and fatten up, LOL!

A glass of blended fruits have helped me during the early stage of my pregnancy.

If bananas and avocados are too thick, try mixing it with tomatoes, honeydew, or other fruits with more water in it.

Try plain rice, pasta, bread, mashed potatoes- anything without much flavor or spice. I wasn't able to eat anything either. I found that fruit smoothies that I made with fruit, yogurt, milk, and protein powder were okay to get down also and could give me at least some nutrition.
