Try to concentrate on healthy food items. In such times you may want t eat a lot of things but make sure they are healthy to you and your baby

I've been feeling the same way and I'm 9 weeks, lately I've been snacking on throughout the day, sliced apples, baby carrots, grapes, crackers, bananas, etc. because at least it's healthy and itll help with your appetite.

Even though you say you've been going to bed "full", make sure you haven't been eating empty calories. Refined starches and sugary foods will not keep you full as long as high-fiber, whole-wheat items.

Another issue might be not getting enough water. Sometimes your body mistakes thirst for hunger, when it's not receiving enough fluids. Make sure that you're getting at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.

I'm a big dairy products fan, so fresh milk and cheese are always on my list. Although they are good especially to help you get enough calcium, remember that they are also high in fat, so you may want to limit your daily intake.
One important thing is that instead of taking a whole lot of one item, try to take tiny bits of many items. Happy eating!
