Default Does my diet sound good today?

Ok today i had a bowl of rice crispies cereal with super milk which has extra vitamins and folic acid. Then for lunch i had 4mini oranges, 2slices of toast with margarine and a pint of milk. In about an hour for my dinner im going to have a small vegetarian lasagne served with lots of cabbage and brocolli. Also throughout the day i have had about 5glasses of water, is this ok? Am 7weeks pregnant

Sounds good to me.....
Be aware that every diet should include proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and of course minerals.
Also: during pregnancy you need about 300 additional calories per day.

Another things you can take to have a HEALTHY DIET:

Grains:
1 slice of bread, 1 cup of cereal or pasta or half a cup of cooked rice.
Vegetables:
1 cup of raw or cooked vegetables or vegetables juice, or 2 cups of raw leafy greens.
Fruit:
1 cup of fruit or 100% fruit juice, or half a cup od dried fruit.
Milk:
1 cup of yoghurt or 2 ounces of processed cheese.
Meat and beans:
Half a cup of cooked dry beans or 1 egg or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Your diet sounds low in calories as well as protein.

Make an account with Calorie Counter Database - Free Online Diet Program input your stats and use their food log and analyze what you ate today, during your first trimester you should be eating 100 calories over maintenace calories a day (shown on your homepage as the burn meter) as well as atleast 70g of protein. ( in your second trimester you need 200 more, third trimester 300 more, and while breast feeding 500 more )

From just guesstimating you are eating about 1200 calories today and I bet you should be eating closer to 1800 - 2000
