Thumbs up Extra weight during pregnancy.

Do you know where the extra weight go during pregnancy ?

Baby 39%
Blood 22%
Amniotic fluid 11%
Uterus 11%
Placenta 9%
Breast 8%

Remember:

If your BMI is______________The recommended total weight gain is:
LOW <19.8..............................28/40 lbs
NORMAL 19.8-26......................25/35 lbs
OVERWEIGHT >26-29..............15/25 lbs
OBESE >29.............................at least 15 lbs
