I'm going to say it's probably not a big deal. The studies were not entirely conclusive, and the rat embryos the tests were done on were exposed to quite a lot compared to their size (30 mcg). In one cup of tea there is about 45 mg. Milligrams (mg) to micrograms (mcg) is a factor of 1,000. Rats weigh about 5 grams, the average female human is about 120 pounds. 1 pound is a little over 450 grams, so 120 lbs = 54,000 grams (the woman's weight). 45 mg= 45,000 mcg (the amount of ginseng in the tea).
45,000mcg/54,000g= .83 micrograms of ginseng per gram of the female human's weight
30mcg/5g=6 micrograms of ginseng per gram of the rat's weight
I'm not sure if you followed all of that, but the ratio works out in your favor. In other words, in order for you to have consumed as much ginseng as the rats in the studies, you would have to have drunk about 7 cups of tea per day.
It would be wise not to continue drinking the tea, but at this point you don't really have a lot to worry about.
