How much iron are you taking in your prenatal pills?

My doctor has me on 162 mg ferrous fumurate and 115.2 mg of pollysaccharide iron complex. times this by 2 because i take 2 a day. i read that I am only supposed to have 28mg as a pregnanct women. I am so confused.
