Your doctor can switch to a prescription prenatal vitamin that is made differently and won't make you sick.

Mine always make me sick so i did a few things that worked

i cut the pill in half..took half in the morning and half at bedtime

try taking it with orange juice it will help it absorb faster

or take it with food...if all else fails ..you can use flinstones

yes, talk to your doctor and tell them to change your vitamins-prescription. you may be allergic to them. so, get different ones. also, take them when you eat, that will help too.

Yes take flintstones vitamins. the prenantals make me sick.

i am 15.5 weeks preg.

Yes, I did. I started taking them in the evening during or after dinner. They were just too much for me in the am.

Target Brand Prenatal is very easy on the stomach...try taking them at night also...

I switched the brand I'm taking and also take them right before I go to bed.

I couldn't get them down either for a while. There are several different types. Tell your Doctor and he/she can give you the samples that they get from the drug vendor reps. I tries a bunch of different ones until i found one that I could manage. Also at one point my Doctor had me taking Flintstones vitamins because the iron was really backing me up and she said that was just as good - also cheaper! Good Luck and feel better.
