Ok... The wife and I have been ttc for about a year now. She's 31 now and I just turned 33. I've heard that having sex from behind and missionary are the two best for conception. Is that right? Also, I've heard that maybe placing a pillow under the hips afterwards and raising the legs is good... Should she keep legs together or closed?

You know, I have heard all of these as well. For me, it was all about keeping the legs up afterwards to just keep it working the best I could for the longest amount of time possible and to make sure I didn't spill a drop.

I have heard all of these too. It is becasue it helps gravity ot allow the sperm easier entry into the cervix. Also, I have heard if she orgasms right after you (if you can time it at all), it helps to kind of "suck" the sperm into the cervix. I just heard that. I don't know if it is true, but it is worth a try. It can't hurt anything. Good luck! And have fun trying.

i did the pillow under the hips trick with my second child and i got pregnant right awy not sure i that was what got me pregnant but it tilts ur cervix and gravity will pull the sperm down id give it a try if u havent already also the position thing i would do missionary style if u plan to do the pillow so she wont have to move alot and dont give the sperm a chance to come out good luck!!
