Default Could I be?...

Hi all, Okay here's the deal...I am on the pill (Alesse which is the lowest dosage around as far as I know) but something is definitely up (since it has lead me here...). My fiancee and I have sex on a very regular basis and I'm very good at taking my pills on time everyday. I got my period fairly normal about 4 weeks ago (it was about 3 days late and only lasted a few days, which didn't really set off a red flag or anything). But, for the past couple of weeks I have been very "off." I'm incredibly bloated to the point where my pants are too tight, dizzy, headaches (which I never get), lower back pain, my breasts are noticably bigger, overly fatigued where I can hardly make it past 9pm without my eyes fighting to stay open, and I've been very nauseas and I finally actually vomitted this morning. Could I be pregnant? I'm pretty sure it's time to take a home pregnancy test, I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

Thanks so much for any help!

has your new upcoming period passed? are you late? some of the more sensitive tests can still detect even if you havent missed your period yet. Just make sure to use morning pee.

i would definitely take a home pregnancy test if i were you. though unlikely, it is still possible to conceive while on birth control.
i'm not sure how accurate it would be, since it's technically not past a missed period. try one just in case, when you first go pee in the morning (that way your urine would have the highest level of the pregnancy hormone, if present)

My period is due in about a week that's why I'm a little hesitant on jumping to any abrubt conclusions. I just haven't been feeling right...

I'd go ahead and take one just in case. They usually come 2 to a box, so you can take one now and one in another week, if you want to be doubly sure.

I was on Aleese for a while and had "break-through bleeding," so the doc changed my pill because he said that there was a larger chance of getting pregnant. It also caused my period to be days late (sometimes 2 or 4 days). If I were you, I'd play it safe and get an early pregnancy test. Even if it's nothing, it will put your thoughts to rest. Hope this helps!

Okay here's my update...

Well I took 2 pregnancy tests- 1 a week before I was supposed to get AF (negative)...and the second the day I was supposed to get it (negative again). Then I got what seemed to be AF but it wasn't normal to say the least, it was brownish and only lasted a day. The bloating got progressively worse until I looked about 6 months pregnant but has since gone down quite a bit. I'm not feeling all of the symptoms I was before but now I'm wondering if the tests were wrong since AF was far from normal...
