I'm not sure that is a correct method of birth control either. Aside from the education you have just received about the durability of condoms, I think you should educate yourself about all methods of birth control.

Of course abstinence is the best way to avoid getting pregnant, but if you feel as if you need to have sex and don't want a baby there are millions of ways to avoid this. If you would like to begin learning, there is a sticky posted at the top of this section that contains pretty valuable information about not getting pregnant. I think you will not only find this information helpful, but necessary with your current level of education in the "preventing pregnancy" department.

if there is a problem with the condom- than either way- the peeing won't matter. If you have sex- there will be sperm

I'm sorry, let me please clarify what I was thinking.

We had read multiple studies, that precum does not contain sperm. We arent sure if thats 100% true but its what we read, we DO however know that precum can pick up sperm left in the urethra of the penis from a previous ejaculation and that urinating would flush out the urethra of any leftover sperm. Do you follow so far?

So when we had sex he did not ejaculate inside me, he was nowhere near orgasm. But when the condom broke we feared of sperm being in his precum, yet according to what we read, he had urinated BEFORE the sex so we thought the chances of of sperm being inside his precum were less likely.

And on a last note, him and I have both been tested and have no history of STDs.

I wouldn't rule out getting pregnant from precum, even if he pissed 47 times in the hour leading up to sex. Try getting on a form of birth control, and using condoms, then you have much less to worry about.

Instead of reading up on pre - e and urinating maybe you should be looking into different forms of birth control. That way you will have ALL your bases covered.

Lotus - Unless your boyfriend is half human and half sperm whale I seriously DOUBT the condom was too small. More like operator error. Granted, it could have broke if the condom was well over the experation date or was in his wallet and rubbed that lovely ring into his wallet but if it was a fresh new condom out of the box that shouldn't have happened.
