I am either pregnant or trying to get pregnant (the matter of which one is up in the air at the moment). Being that I'm 28, I'm a little behind most of the people I went to school with and etc., so I don't really have anyone to talk to about anything related to pregnancy. (Unless I want to talk to my husband's exes, and they are younger than me with children four and up. And that idea just doesn't appeal anyway.)

So I'm hoping for some socialization and a chance to get some information, ask some questions, and give whatever I might have to offer in return.

I never wanted kids. I married young and swore I would never have children. I left my first husband very glad that I had adopted that policy.

Now, I am married to the man I should have been with from the beginning, and I feel completely differently about having kids. I have three step kids ages 4, 6, and 9; we get standard visitation. They are wonderful and they love me to death. But I want one that I don't have to give back to someone else; one that I get to raise.

I'm hoping y'all don't mind me hanging out and learning a few things and maybe making a few friends.
